T-CERT SYSTEM invites you to an online training course for

“INTERNAL AUDITORS for an Integrated Management System for information security, IT services and business continuity, according to the requirements of the international standards:

ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ISO 22301:2019, & ISO 19011:2018“

Training dates: 15-18.12.2025, via an online platform.

The aim of this course is to provide the knowledge and skills required to carry out internal audits of the management system in accordance with the requirements of the international standards ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, ISO 22301:2018 & ISO 19011:2018. In addition to the theoretical part, particular emphasis is placed during this training on acquiring knowledge and skills through discussions, exercises, workshops and case studies.

Participants who successfully meet the criteria for continuous knowledge assessment and the written examination during the course will receive an internal auditor certificate from TÜV NORD .

TÜV NORD certificates are internationally recognised by all international organisations and, as such, can serve as a basis for further professional development in the relevant field.

• Management representatives, managers and team members responsible for establishing, implementing, maintaining, monitoring and improving the information security management system (ISMS).

The training and the dates are designed to run as follows:

DAY 1 – 15.12.2025 – Mandatory part for the standards ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301 (General + Awareness) + ISO 19011:2018 Standard on auditing techniques

DAY 2 – 16.12.2025 – training on ISO/IEC 27001:2022, Information Security Management System (optional – at the participant's choice)

DAY 3 – 17.12.2025 – training on ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, IT Service Management System (optional – at the participant's choice)

DAY 4 – 18.12.2025 – training on ISO 22301:2019, Business Continuity Management System (optional – at the participant's choice)

At the end of the training an examination (a short test) lasting 1 hour will be held.

Trainer:

The trainer will be Mr Gjoko Stamenkov (Senior Auditor at TÜV NORD), who has 30 years of specialist and practical working experience as a Lead Assessor and also as a Trainer for ISO systems.
